Delete Your Account

This action is permanent. Deleting your account removes all your data immediately and cannot be undone.
  1. Open the Tiny Signals app
    Make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Settings
    Tap the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap "Delete account"
    Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete account. Confirm when prompted.
  4. Done
    The following data is deleted immediately:
    • All logged events and notes
    • Child profile (name, date of birth)
    • Household and caregiver associations
    • Goals and custom button settings
    • Notification preferences
    Your sign-in credentials are removed within 24 hours.

Can't access the app?

Email us at support@tinysignals.app with the subject line "Delete my account" and include the email address associated with your account. We will delete your account and all data within 5 business days.

Want to export first?

Before deleting, you can download all your data as a CSV from Settings → Export all data. This gives you a copy of every logged event to keep for your records or share with your care team.
